지난해 대부분의 다중이용 시설에 방역패스가 도입되면서 이용객과 사업주의 불편을 해소하기 위해 한 번의 인증으로 전자출입 뿐만 아니라 방역패스 기록까지 확인 가능한 ‘일원화된 클린 강원 패스포트’를 오는 1월 28일부터 선보일 예정이라고 했다.

강원도는 기존 NFC 태그방식의 클린강원 패스포트 출입인증 기능에 질병관리청 접종정보를 연계하여 전자출입과 방역패스 기록을 한 번에 인증할 수 있도록 질병관리청과 함께 정보연계 작업을 진행하고 있다고 전했다.

김종욱 강원도 문화관광체육국장은 “강원도 코로나 19 방역의 대표적 성공모델인 ‘클린강원 패스포트’는 앞으로도 지속적인 앱 고도화를 통해, 관광활성과 방역시스템을 아우르는 도민에게 가장 가깝고 편리한 서비스로 자리매김 해 나갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.
