[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 속초시가 거리두기 방역조치 해제에 따른 위드코로나 대비와 예상되는 체육시설 이용 증가를 위해 특별 안전점검을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

이번 점검은 관내 공공체육시설 27개 시설과 민간 신고 체육시설 128개 시설을 대상으로 하며 오는 5월 31일까지 실시하며, 시설물·소방 안전 등 적정 관리 및 시설 유지 상태와 이용자 안전시설 및 옹벽, 절토부 등의 재해위험 시설의 안전 상태를 중점 점검 사항으로 하고 공공체육시설은 코로나19로 이용이 적었던 실내체육시설을 우선으로 하여 총 3차에 걸쳐 점검을 진행하며, 신고 체육시설은 오는 6월 말까지 자체적으로 점검을 실시할 계획이라고 했다.

속초시는 안전점검 결과 경미한 사항은 현장 지도하고, 중대 사항은 관련법에 따라 조치할 계획이라고 전했다.
