[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군은 지난 23일 가평읍 한석봉체육관에서 다중이용시설 대형화재 발생을 가상으로 대응체계 확립과 현장중심 실전대응 능력 강화를 위한 현장훈련을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 훈련은 2022년 재난대응 안전한국훈련의 중점훈련으로 현장에서 대응 메뉴얼을 적용, 징후감지, 초기대응, 비상대응, 수습·복구의 4단계로 화재대응 및 수습·복구능력 향상과 효율적인 재난대응체계 점검 및 개선을 위한 훈련으로 가평군 13개 실무반과, 가평소방서, 가평경찰서 등 9개 기관과 3개 민간단체에서 200여 명이 참여하고, 30종 80여 점의 장비가 동원됐다.

특히, 이번 훈련은 기존 보여주기 식 훈련에서 벗어나 군(郡) 및 소방서, 보건소 등 훈련인원 및 장비들이 소속 근무지에서 직접 출발·투입되고, 가평군수가 현장에서 직접 상황판단회의를 주재하여 지역재난안전대책본부 구성과 현장통합지원본부 설치를 결정 하는 등 컨트롤타워의 본모습을 보여 매우 인상적인 훈련이 됐다.

또한, 가평군의회 의장을 비롯한 의원과, 경찰서장, 소방서장 등이 함께하여 훈련 참여자들을 격려했다.
