[남상훈 기자 = 가평군] 가평군의회가 오는 6일자로 의회 소속 직원에 대한 2023년 상반기 정기인사를 통해 신용철 의정팀장을 의회사무과장 직무대리로 의결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 정기인사는 2022년 1월 13일 지방자치법 전부개정에 따른 의회 인사권 독립으로 소속 사무직원의 인사권이 의장에게 부여된 이후 처음으로 실시한 승진 인사이다.

군의회는 이번 인사를 통해 신용철 의정팀장을 의회사무과장 직무대리로 의결했다. 이어 의정팀장엔 엄혜란 주무관이 승진했으며 지방운전직인 김만수 주무관 또한 6급으로 승진했다.

최정용 의장은 “지방의회 인사권 독립 이후 첫 자체승진 인사인 이번 인사는 의회의 독립성을 보여주는 매우 의미 있는 일로 의장으로서 매우 뜻깊게 생각한다.”며 “앞으로도 강화된 의회 위상에 걸맞게 공정한 인사 운영을 통해 소속 공무원들이 자긍심을 갖고 열심히 일할 수 있도록 하겠다.”고 전했다.
