[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군의회는 지난 11월 25일부터 오늘까지 총 22일간으로 운영된 제2차 정례회에서 조례안 18건, 동의안 2건, 예산안 11건 등 총 31건의 안건을 의결하면서 올 한해 회기일정을 모두 마쳤다고 전했다.

이날 본회의에서는 2022년도 제3회 추가경정 일반 및 기타특별회계 세입·세출예산안 및 2023년도 일반 및 기타특별회계 세입·세출예산안 등 예산관련 안건 11건에 대해 김경수 예산결산특별위원회 위원장으로부터 심사보고를 들은 후 의결했다.

예결위에서 심사 보고된 총 11개의 예산관련 안건 중 2022년도 제3차 수시분 가평군 공유재산관리계획안을 비롯한 9건의 예산 관련 안건은 원안가결했고, 당초 가평군수가 제출한 2023년도 일반 및 기타특별회계 세입·세출예산과 2023년도 상수도사업특별회계 수입·지출예산안은 수정가결했다. 

2023년도 일반 및 기타특별회계 세입·세출예산은 15개 사업 3,810백만원을 삭감해 재해·재난목적 예비비에 증액 편성하고, 2023년도 상수도사업특별회계 수입·지출예산안은 1개 사업 125백만원을 삭감하여 예비비(수익적 지출)에 증액 편성했다.

이로써 2022년도 제3회 추가경정 일반 및 기타특별회계 세입·세출예산은 제2회 추가경정예산 616,180백만원 보다 219백만원(0.04%) 감소한 615,961백만원으로, 2023년도 일반 및 기타특별회계 세입·세출예산은 전년도 본예산 492,539백만원보다 5,240백만원(1.06%) 감소한 487,299백만원으로 확정됐다. 

한편,'가평군 고령농업인 영농지원 조례안' 등 의원발의 조례안 6건과 가평군수가 제출한'가평군 홍보대사 운영 조례 일부개정조례안'등 조례안 12건,'민속5일시장 운영관리 민간위탁 동의안'등 동의안 2건은 지난 11월 28일에 열린 제2차 본회의에서 원안가결됐다.
