[김현우 기자 = 가평] 가평군의회 최정용 의장은 29일 오전 의장실에서 마약범죄 예방 릴레이 캠페인 '노 엑시트(NO EXIT)'에 동참했다고 밝혔다.

이번 캠페인은 경찰청과 마약퇴치운동본부 주관으로 마약의 심각성을 환기하고 범죄라는 경각심을 고취하기 위해 4월 26일부터 올해 연말까지 진행되고 있다.

최정용 의장은 "최근 10~20대 청소년이 SNS나 해외직구 등을 통해 마약에 쉽게 접근하고 있다"며 "마약 청정도시 가평을 함께 만들기 위해 군의회 차원에서 지원과 노력을 아끼지 않겠다."고 말했다.

서태원 가평군수의 지목을 받아 본 캠페인에 참여하게 된 최정용 의장은 이 캠페인의 다음 주자로 이철현 농협중앙회 가평군지부장을 지명했다.
