[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 8월 10일 평창군은 까지 관내 축산물운반업체를 대상으로 2차 지도점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 지도점검은 휴가철 유통이 많은 축산물의 안전관리 및 유통온도 준수에 대한 축산물운반업체 영업자의 경각심 제고를 위해 실시하는 것으로 지난 5월에 이어 재점검 하는 것이며 평창군은 축산물 운반·취급 과정의 위생적 관리 및 냉장·냉동 기준 준수 여부 등을 중점적으로 점검할 계획이다.

전윤철 농업축산과장은 “최근 기온과 습도가 높아짐에 따라 축산물 운반 시 변질과 부패가 생기지 않도록 보존·유통온도 준수가 무엇보다 중요하다.”며 “운반업체의 적극적인 관심과 협조를 부탁드린다.”고 말했다.
