[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 24일 동두천시 무한돌봄센터는 시청 소회의실에서 통합사례관리사 직무역량 강화 교육을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 통합사례관리 전문가를 교육 강사로 초빙하여 8개동 사례관리담당자 및 무한돌봄센터 소속 사례관리사 등 15명을 대상으로 4시간에 걸쳐 실제사례를 기반으로 한 현장상담기법 및 실습위주의 교육을 진행했다고 전했다.

이번 교육은 코로나19로 인해 상반기부터 계속 연기되다가 단계적 일상회복을 계기로 어렵게 이루어진 교육으로, 사례관리 전 분야에 대한 교육을 통해 통합사례관리사들의 업무 실행력 향상과 향후 동 행정복지센터 사례관리 업무 지원에도 큰 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다고 했다. 

진영호 복지정책과장은 “사례관리의 영역이 점점 넓어지고 코로나19로 인해 사례관리를 필요로 하는 대상이 늘어나고 있는 상황에서 사례관리담당자의 역량강화를 위해 내년에는 더욱 자주 이러한 교육에 필요한 지원을 아끼지 않겠다”고 전했다.
