[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 1월 14일 양주시 회천1동은 제4기 회천1동 지역사회보장협의체 위원 위촉식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 위촉식은 코로나19 방역수칙을 준수한 가운데 위촉장 수여와 위원장 선출 순으로 진행됐으며, 마을통장, 개인사업가, 사회복지기관 종사자 등 총 15명이 위원으로 위촉됐다고 했다.

제4기 임원진으로는 위원장에 최창식 위원, 부위원장 최상용 위원, 감사 조은자 위원, 총무 정혜경 위원, 봉사단장 곽윤진 위원이 선출됐으며, 협의체 의원은 임기 2년 동안 관내 복지사각지대의 발굴과 자원연계, 지역사회 특화사업 추진 등 다양한 역할을 수행할 예정이라고 했다.

최창식 위원장은 “코로나19로 모두가 힘든 상황이지만 앞으로 제4기 임원진과 함께 앞장서 어려운 이웃들의 문제해결과 위기가구 지원에 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
