[김현우 기자 = 속초] 속초시가 봄철 강풍으로 인한 비산먼지 취약시기에 대비하여 대형공사장을 대상으로 비산먼지 발생 특별점검을 실시한다고 13일 밝혔다.

이번 특별점검은 관내 대형공사장 및 민원다발 현장을 대상으로 하며, 주요 점검사항은 비산먼지 관련 발생사업 신고(변경) 여부, 방진벽(망) 설치, 집진시설 적정설치 및 운영, 공사장 내부 살수시설, 공사차량 세륜·측면 세차시설 여부 등이다.

속초시는 점검결과 경미한 사항은 행정지도 후 재점검을 실시하고, 중대한 위반 사항은 형사고발 및 행정처분과 함께 사후 관리를 강화할 계획이다.

이병선 속초시은 “이번 특별점검을 통해 미세먼지 취약시기를 대비하여 대형공사장의 자발적인 비산먼지 발생 최소화를 통해 시민들에게 건강하고 깨끗한 생활환경을 제공하겠다.”라고 말했다.
