[김현우 기자 = 속초] 속초시는 지난해 하반기 창의성과 전문성을 바탕으로 한 적극적인 업무 추진으로 주민의 편익을 증진하고 시정발전에 기여한 공무원 2인 및 1개 팀을 ‘2022년 하반기 적극행정 우수공무원(팀)’으로 선정했다고 9일 밝혔다.

우수공무원(팀)은 각 부서에서 우수사례를 추천받아 과제 중요도, 창의성, 적극성 등 6가지 항목을 기준으로 전체 부서 예비심사를 거치고 최종적으로 속초시 적극행정 지원위원회의 심사를 통해 선정됐다.

하반기 우수공무원으로는 성수기철 택시 승차난 및 갈등해소를 위한 택시 부제를 49년 만에 해제한 ‘교통과 민혜경 교통행정팀장’ 과 전등 리모컨 도입과 설치를 통해 거동이 어려운 중증장애인 및 고령자의 일상생활의 편리함을 도모한 ‘노학동 행정복지센터 이형근 주무관’ 이 선정됐으며, 우수팀에는 관광철 속초해수욕장 폭죽 사용으로 인한 주변 거주민들의 불편함을 질서계도요원 증원, 각종 사회단체 및 유관기관과의 협업 등의 적극적인 행정조치로 폭죽 관련 민원을 해소한 ‘관광과 관광개발팀’이 선정다.

속초시는 선발된 적극행정 우수공무원(팀)에게 인사가점 및 시상금을 지급할 예정이며, 적극행정을 공직사회의 조직문화로 정착시키기 위하여 현장의 문제점을 분명히 인식하고 적극적으로 해결하려는 공직자들을 발굴하고 독려하기 위해 더욱 노력해 나간다는 방침이다.
