[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강원도는 오는 7월 20일 도청 신관 2층 대회의실에서 전 직원을 대상으로 ‘조직문화 및 일하는 방식 혁신‘ 이란 주제로 특강을 실시한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 특강은 교육 몰입 및 사업소 등 원거리 직원들의 참여도를 높이기 위해 온․오프라인으로 동시에 진행한다. 

또한, 강사로 직접 나선 신임 정광열 경제부지사는 삼성 임원출신으로, 재직 당시 종이결재와 서명문화를 없애고 24시간 내 결재하지않으면 자동결재가 진행되는 획기적인 결재문화를 도입·구축한 혁신 경영가로 평가받는다. 

정 부지사의 대기업에서 쌓은 풍부한 현장경험과 혁신사례를 공유하며, 직원들과 조직문화 개선의 공감대를 형성하고자 한다. 

강원도 관계자는 “이번 특강을 통해 기존 관행의 틀을 깨고, 유연한 조직문화 및 일하는 방식 혁신에 대한 좋은 영감을 얻을 수 있는 기회가 될 것으로 기대한다” 라고 밝혔다.
