[장선희 기자= 경기북부/강원] 오는 6월 10일까지, 양주시는 양주시청년센터 내 창업사무실 입주를 희망하는 예비·초기 창업자 5명을 모집한다고 밝혔다.

이번 모집은 공유사무실 총 10개의 지정좌석제 중 5개 좌석이며, 거주지 또는 사업장 소재지가 양주시거나 관외일 경우 정해진 기간 내 관내로 사업자 등록과 이전할 수 있는 만 39세 이하 청년이라면 신청할 수 있고, 창업사무실 입주기간은 1년이며 연장을 신청하면 심사를 통해 최대 3년까지 입주할 수 있다고 전했다.

총 74㎡ 규모의 창업사무실에 입주하는 창업자에게는 지정좌석제로 운영되는 1인 전용 사무공간(3.64㎡)과 공용복합기 등 사무기기가 제공되며 1인 미디어실, 공동작업실, 공유부엌, 세미나실, 오프라운지 등 공동 창업활동 공간을 자유롭게 이용할 수 있으며, 또한 입주자에게는 전담 엑셀러레이터를 통한 지속적인 성장 지원과 함께 맞춤형 컨설팅과 성장 프로젝트 등 단계별 서비스를 제공한다고 했다.

입주를 희망하는 청년 창업가는 시 홈페이지나 양주시청년센터 홈페이지에서 신청서를 다운받아 작성해 관련 제출서류와 함께 이메일로 접수하면 되고, 시는 창업자의 의지, 아이템의 독창성, 시장성, 고용효과 등을 다각도로 심사해 최종 입주자를 선정하고 개별 통보할 계획이라고 전했다.
