[남상훈 기자 = 고성군] 15일 오후2시 고성군은 고성군문화의집 3층에서 이영표 강원FC 대표이사를 초청하여 군민 300여명을 대상으로 ‘명사초청 군민공감 특강’을 추진한다.

명사로 초청되는 이영표 강원 FC 대표이사는 현재 대한축구협회 부회장을 맡고 겸직하고 있다. 선수시절 국가대표로 나선 2002년 제17회 한일월드컵에서 4강 신화를 이룬 국민 영웅이기도 하다. 이후  KBS 축구 해설위원, 리스펙트 캠페인 홍보대사 등 선수 이외의 다수의 경력을 가지고 있다.

이번 강연에서 이영표 강원 FC 대표이사는 '소통과 공감, 생각이 나를 만든다'라는 주제로 고성군의 체육동호인은 물론 학생과 일반 주민 등 군민을 대상으로 명사의 그동안 성공과 실패를 바라보는 직관의 이해, 청년멘토 이영표의 보고 차고 꿈꾼다, 축구명장들의 리더십, 스포츠는 최고의 복지다, 재능은 타고나는 것이 아니라 만들어가는 것이다. 등 다양한 경험과 실전에서 얻은 실화 같은 내용으로 강연을 펼친다.

함명준 고성군수는 앞으로도 “시대 흐름에 적합한 명사 특강을 통해 융합적 사고를 증진하고 조화로운 정서를 함양하는 등 나눔과 공감이 있는 교육문화를 지속적으로 만들어 나가겠다.”고 말했다.
