[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 6일 GH는 경기도의회, 광명상공회의소와 ‘광명시 지역경제 활성화 협약’을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

GH 복합사업처 대회의실에서 열린 협약식에는 경기도의회, 광명상공회의소, GH 관계자 등 10여명이 참석한 가운데, 광명시 지역경제 활성화를 위해 각 기관이 상호 협력하기로 했다고 전했다. 

GH는 광명시에서 추진 중인 광명시흥 테크노밸리 조성사업을 통해 지역경제 활성화와 일자리 창출에 기여할 수 있도록 협력하기로 했다고 전했다.

광명상공회의소는 GH와 지역경제 살리기 실천을 위한 협력기반을 구축하고, 지역업체 및 협회가 참여할 수 있도록 지원하여 사업의 성공적인 추진과 산업단지 조기 활성화 역할을 맡기로 했다고 밝혔다.

경기도의회는 GH와 광명상공회의소에서 추진하는 지역경제 및 산업단지 조기활성화를 위해 정책지원과 정보교류를 협력하기로 했다고 말했다.

GH 이헌욱 사장은 “GH에서 시행하는 광명시흥 테크노밸리 조성사업을 통해 광명시 지역경제 활성화에 기여할 수 있도록 적극 노력하겠다.”고 밝혔다.
