[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 정선여성새로일하기센터는 경력단절 및 미취업 여성들의 일자리 창출을 위한 100% 국비지원(교재비, 재료비 포함) 교육인 '2022년 직업교육훈련'을 실시한다고 밝혔다.

2022년 직업교육훈련 선정을 위한 수요 조사를 실시하여 무점포 온라인 창업 과정, 멀티행정사무원 과정, 헤어코디네이터양성 과정 등 3개 과정을 선정하고 정선군여성회관에서 교육을 진행하고 있다고 했다.

무점포 온라인 창업 과정은 코로나19 장기화로 취업난이 가중되는 가운데 온라인쇼핑몰 분야의 취·창업 수요증가에 따라 예비 여성창업자 및 연간 매출액 8천만원 미만 소상공인 자영업 여성 사업주에게 창업 세무회계, 사업계획서 작성, SNS마켓 개설, 판매, 운영을 위한 이론과 실습, 마케팅 전략, 배송 및 매입, 판매관리 등 언택트 마케팅 산업의 전문지식과 실무능력 중심의 창업과정 교육을 실시하고 있으며, 또한 멀티행정사무원 과정은 관내 구직자를 대상으로 직업교육훈련과정 개설 희망 온라인 수요조사를 실시한 결과 전체 394명 응답자 중 205명이 사회복지기관 및 건설업 등 관내 구인업체 대상으로 수요조사를 실시한 결과 90%가 필요하다고 응답했다고 전했다.
