[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 청년층 주거안정을 위해 청년형 매입임대주택 입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.

청년형 매입임대주택은 다세대․다가구․오피스텔 등 기존주택을 매입하여 시중 시세보다 저렴한 임대료로 무주택 청년에게 공급하는 주택이다. 

이번에 공급하는 주택은 총 228호로 경기도 내 9개시(고양, 김포, 수원, 시흥, 안산, 용인, 의정부, 파주, 평택)에 위치하고 있다. 

입주자격은 무주택자 중 미혼인 청년이며, 대학생, 취업준비생, 만19세 이상 만39세 이하 중 하나에 해당하면 청년으로 인정되고, 소득기준은 본인의 소득이 3,854,536원 이하(3순위 기준)이면 신청 가능하다. 

임대조건은 주변 시세의 30~50% 수준이고, 임대기간은 최초 2년으로 재계약 요건 충족 시 최대 6년 거주 가능하다.

입주신청 기간은 10월 11일 ~ 10월14일(1순위), 10월 24일 ~ 10월27일(2·3순위)이며, 코로나19 예방을 위해 우편 접수로 진행하며, 세부 입주자격 및 신청방법 등 입주신청과 관련한 자세한 사항은 GH 홈페이지 분양(임대) 공고를 통하여 확인할 수 있다.
