[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사가 수탁ㆍ운영 중인 경기도 공공건설지원센터는 20일 수원 차세대융합기술연구원에서 ‘2022년 경기도 공공건축 관계자 교육’을 개최했다. 

이번 교육은 공공건축 관계자들이 공공건축을 효율적으로 조성하고 관리할 수 있도록 올바른 방향 설정을 지원하고, 공공건축 정책 및 제도 변화 등에 대한 업무 담당자들의 역량 향상을 위해 마련됐다. 

이날 경기도와 31개 시·군, 지방공기업 등 공공기관의 공공건축 관계자 약 130여 명이 참석한 가운데, 공공건축 우수사례 소개 그리고 공공건설·건축 정책 및 제도 현황, 설계공모 및 사업계획 사전검토 제도의 이해 등의 순서로 진행되었다.

경기도 공공건설지원센터장은 “경기도 내 공공기관 관계자의 공공건설ㆍ건축사업 역량 향상을 목표로 지속적으로 교육을 전개해 나가겠다”라고 밝혔다.

한편 경기도 공공건설지원센터는 「경기도 공공건설비스 지원 조례」에 의거하여 2019년 12월에 설립되었고, 공공건축의 합리적인 예산 계획과 설계 품질을 담보할 수 있도록 공공건설 사업계획에 대한 사전검토 등의 역할을 수행한다.
