[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 22일 포커스미디어코리아(주)와 임대주택 23개 단지에 입주민 안전의식 강화를 위한 ‘정보제공 플랫폼’ 구축 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

정보제공 플랫폼은 공동주택 내 안전사고 예방과 입주민 편의 제공을 위해 경기행복주택, 국민영구임대주택 단지 내 승강기에 홍보모니터를 설치해 안전교육 및 재난방송 영상 등을 송출하는 사업이다.

홍보모니터 운영을 통한 연간 약 9천만 원의 광고수익은 입주민의 주거비 부담 완화를 위하여 공동관리비 차감에 이용할 계획이다. 

GH 관계자는 “앞으로도 임대주택단지 내 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경 조성 및 입주민의 주거비 부담 완화를 위해 꾸준히 노력하고, 입주민과 함께 살기 좋은 도시를 만들겠다”고 밝혔다.

한편 GH는 입주민 주거비 부담 완화 서비스 외에도 건강증진을 위한 금연지원, 산림치유, 정서안정을 위한 주거복지상담, 옥상텃밭 운영, 생활개선을 위한 아동주거빈곤가구 클린서비스, 고령자에어컨 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 주거 맞춤형 서비스를 제공해왔다.
