[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)가 지난 28일 화성동탄2 택지개발지구, 고덕국제화계획도시, 다산신도시 지금지구 내 용지를 공급한다고 밝혔다.

공급 대상 용지는 ‘화성동탄2’ 26필지(단독주택[점포겸용] 2필지, 단독주택[주거전용] 6필지, 근린생활시설 10필지, 근린상업 5필지, 유치원용지 2필지, 도시지원시설 1필지)이며, ‘고덕’ 7필지(단독주택[점포겸용] 5필지, 종교용지 2필지), ‘다산’ 업무용지 5필지이다.

공급예정가격은 3.3㎡당 단독주택[점포겸용] 930만~990만 원대, 단독주택[주거전용] 650만 원대, 근린생활시설 1,150만 원대, 근린상업 1,350만 원대, 유치원용지 850만 원대, 도시지원시설용지 550만 원대, 종교용지 780만 원대, 업무용지 1,230만~1,350만 원대 수준이다.

단독주택[점포겸용], 근린생활시설, 근린상업용지, 업무용지는 경쟁 입찰 방식으로 공급해 최고가 응찰로 낙찰자를 결정하고, 그 외 용지는 추첨해 낙찰자를 결정한다. 

공급대상지별 장점으로 화성동탄2지구는 경부고속도로, 국지도 등이 인접해 있고 트램이 들어설 예정이어서 교통 접근성이 편리하며, 고덕지구는 인근에 대단위 공동주택 단지가 위치하고, 다산지구는 관공서 및 대규모 공동주택 단지가 인근에 있어 풍부한 배후 수요를 갖추고 있다.

입찰 신청은 화성동탄2ㆍ고덕 용지는 10월 7일, 다산신도시 용지는 10월 13일 GH 토지분양시스템을 통해 인터넷으로만 가능하며, 낙찰자는 신청 당일 발표한다.
