[김일웅 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 경기주택도시공사(GH)는 저소득 가구의 주거안정을 위해 기존주택 매입임대사업 입주자를 모집한다고 밝혔다. 

기존주택 매입임대사업은 다세대․다가구․오피스텔 등 기존주택을 매입하여 개ㆍ보수 후 시중 시세보다 저렴한 임대료로 공급하는 사업이며, 이번에 모집하는 주택은 총 41호로 수원시, 안산시 등 경기도 내 *13개시에 위치하고 있다.

입주자격은 당해 세대 월평균 소득이 전년도 도시근로자 가구당 월평균소득의 100%이하(당초 70%이하)인 무주택세대구성원으로 입주자격요건을 완화했으며, 임대조건은 주변 시세의 30% 수준이고, 임대기간은 최초 2년으로 재계약 요건 충족 시 최대 20년 거주 가능하다. 

입주신청 기간은 오는 9월 13일부터 16일까지 4일간이며, 코로나19 예방을 위하여 우편 접수로 진행하고, 세부 입주자격 및 신청방법 등 입주신청과 관련한 자세한 사항은 GH 홈페이지 분양(임대) 공고를 통하여 확인할 수 있다.
