[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 강릉시는 고충민원 해소를 위한‘달리는 국민신문고’를 국민권익위원회와 함께 강릉시청에서 운영한다고 밝혔다.

'달리는 국민신문고’는 고충이나 애로가 있어도 국민권익위원회를 방문하기 어렵거나 인터넷 민원신청이 익숙하지 않은 지역 주민들을 위하여, 각 분야별로 구성된 전문 조사관들이 모든 행정분야(행정, 교육, 국방, 보훈, 경찰, 재정, 세무, 주택, 건축, 도시계획, 교통, 도로 등)에 고충민원을 직접 상담한다고 했다. 

또한, 대한법률구조공단, 한국소비자원, 한국국토정보공사, 고용노동부 등과 협업을 통해 일상생활의 고충 문제(생활법률, 긴급복지 지원, 소비자피해, 지적관련분쟁, 노동문제 등)도 한 장소에서 상담하고 해결방안을 제시하여 불편을 해소하고자 지역별로 운영하고 있다고 했다.

보다 심도 있는 상담과 민원 해결을 위해“상담예약제”을 시행하며,  사전신청은 거주지 읍면동에서 11일(금)까지 신청할 수 있고, 현장상담은 오는 17일 강릉시청 2층 대회의실에서 10시부터 16시까지 진행된다고 했다.

강릉시 관계자는“이번‘달리는 국민신문고’ 운영이 시민들의 분야별 고충민원을 상담함으로써 민원이 많이 해소될 것이라 기대되며, 많은 방문을 바란다.”고 말했다.
