[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 오는 3월 16일 10시부터 16시까지 동해시에서는 시민들의 고충과 애로 해결을 위해 국민권익위원회에서 주관하는 「달리는 국민신문고」를 동해시청 본관 4층 대회의실에서 운영한다고 밝혔다.

「달리는 국민신문고」는 국민권익위원회에서 각 분야별 전문관과 협업기관 상담관들이 동해시를 방문해 고충민원을 직접 상담하고, 가급적 현장에서 당사자의 중재를 통해 합의해결을 유도하는 현장 민원상담 제도라고 했다.

행정기관·공공기관·지자체 등의 처분과 관련해 고충이나 불편을 겪고 있거나, 부패신고, 행정심판, 사회복지(제도권 밖 비수급취약계충), 법률상담(민,형사 생활법률), 소비자피해구제, 지적분쟁, 노동관계 등 모든 분야에 대해 누구든지 상담을 받을 수 있다고 했다.

상담을 원하는 시민은 오는 3월 4일까지 동해시 홈페이지를 참고해 사전 예약하면 되며, 자세한 사항은 기획감사담당관 감사팀으로 문의하면 된다고 전했다.

심재희 기획감사담당관은 “시민이 직접 겪고 있는 다양한 고충민원이나 애로사항을 조금이나마 해결 할 수 있는 좋은 기회인 만큼 시민 여러분의 적극적인 동참을 부탁한다”고 밝혔다.
