[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원]  9월 2일부터 8일까지 김진하 양양군수는 양양군 자체 예산 56억원을 투입해 지급하는 '일상회복 동행지원금'을 마을담당 공무원 출장을 통해 선불카드로 지급한다고 밝혔다.

군은 군민 이동편의 및 접촉 최소화를 위해 마을 담당공무원 248명을 편성해 마을회관, 아파트 관리사무소 등 각 마을별로 정해진 장소에서 담당공무원 2명이 출장을 나가 배부하기로 했으며 지급대상은 2022년 8월 1일 0시 이전부터 신청일 현재까지 계속해서 양양군에 주민등록을 두고 있는 사람(결혼이민자, 영주체류자 포함)으로, 총 14,850세대 27,856명이다. 

수급자는 별도 신청 없이 수급비 계좌로 입금되며, 일반인은 1인당 20만원의 선불카드로 지급되고 성인 세대원 누구나 세대를 대표하여 일괄 수령이 가능하며, 미성년자로 구성된 세대의 경우 미성년자가 직접 신청 가능하고 신청자는 신분증을 지참해야 하고 신청서 작성 및 신원 확인 후 지급하며 선불카드는 양양군 지역에서만 올해 말까지 사용할 수 있다.

마을단위 현장에서 신청하지 못한 세대의 경우 오는 9월 30일까지 해당 읍·면사무소를 대상자가 직접 방문하여 신청하면 되며 군은 마을 이장님과 관리사무소 협조를 통해 안내방송을 실시하고, 게시판 혹은 엘리베이터 안내문안 게시 등 군민 모두가 편리하고 신속하게 ‘양양군 일상회복 동행지원금’을 받을 수 있도록 최선의 노력을 기울이고 있다.
