[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 22일 의정부시 장암동은 관내 시민을 대상으로 각 자생단체 60여 명이 단계별 일상회복을 위해 안전한 위드코로나를 위한 시민 의식 제고 캠페인을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이날 캠페인은 현재 수도권의 코로나19 위험도가 ‘매우 높음’ 수준으로 단계별 일상회복을 준비하는 시민에게 방역 수칙 준수와 백신 접종의 중요성을 환기시키기 위해 실시했으며, 특히 식당, 주점 등이 밀집해 유동인구가 많은 곳을 중점으로 캠페인을 진행해 달라진 방역지침 전달 및 백신접종 방법을 전달해 홍보 효과를 극대화했다고 전했다.

한 시민은 “달라진 방역지침이 정리가 안 되고 혼란스러웠는데 많은 도움이 되었다. 또한 코로나는 여전히 진행되고 있다는 인식을 다시 한 번 느끼게 됐다”고 밝혔다.

박재범 장암동장은 “위드코로나로 일상에 활기를 찾는 것은 좋으나 단계적 일상 회복을 위해서는 마스크 착용, 개인위생 준수 등 시민의 노력이 필요하다”며 “방심하지 않고 일상을 찾아갔으면 하는 바램에서 이번 캠페인을 실시했다”고 말했다.

한편, 앞으로도 장암동은 시민에게 필요한 메시지를 담은 다양한 캠페인을 지속적으로 진행할 예정이라고 밝혔다.
