[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 12월 17일 포천시는 시정회의실에서 지적재조사사업 지구로 지정된 ‘신읍6지구’의 경계를 확정하기 위해 경계결정위원회를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 

이날 위원회는 김형진 위원장을 비롯해 지적재조사 분야 전문가 11명으로 구성되어 측량을 통해 설정된 199필지 66,088.6㎡ 경계와 토지소유자가 제출한 의견 1건을 주요 안건으로 심의·의결했다고 전했다. 

위원회에서 결정된 경계는 토지소유자에게 통지되며, 60일 내 이의신청이 없을 경우 사업 완료를 공고하고, 이어 새로운 지적공부 작성과 등기촉탁을 진행한다고 했다.

면적증감이 발생한 토지에 대해서는 감정평가기관으로부터 감정평가를 거쳐 포천시 지적재조사위원회에서 조정금 산정의 적정성을 심의·의결 후 조정금을 지급하거나 징수할 계획이라고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “지적재조사사업은 토지의 실제 현황과 일치하지 아니하는 지적공부의 등록사항을 최첨단 기술로 정확하게 측량해 고품질의 디지털 지적으로 전환하는 국가사업이다.”라며 “종이지적도의 문제점을 해결하고 효율적인 토지관리에 많은 도움이 될 것이다.”라고 전했다.
