[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 동두천시가 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 '2022년 민방위교육 전자통지서 교부 및 스마트(사이버)교육'을 도입해 운영한다고 밝혔다.

작년에 이어 교육통지서를 모바일로 전달하는 전자고지를 실시함에 따라 종이통지서 전달 방식으로 인한 수신지연·휴대곤란·분실 등 많은 불편을 해소할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다고 했다. 

전자고지 시 '경기도 민방위대원 교육훈련 통지서 모바일 전자문서 전달시스템'을 활용하여 모바일 중계사업자 '카카오페이, 네이버, KT'를 통해 안전하게 통지서를 발송하게 되며, 민방위교육 대상자에게 1차 모바일 통지서가 지난 3월 28일 발송되었으며, 모바일 통지서 미열람자에 대한 2차 통지서는 오는 3월 31일, 3차 통지서는 오는 4월 4일 발송되며, 본인인증 절차를 거친 후 전자통지서를 열람할 수 있다고 전했다. 

당초 민방위교육은 1~2년차 대원은 연 4시간 집합교육, 3~4년차 대원은 연 2시간 사이버교육, 5년차 이상 대원은 연 1시간 사이버교육으로 계획되었으나, 코로나19의 장기화로 올해에 한해 전 대원에 대하여 실시하는 모든 교육을 스마트교육(연 1시간)으로 대체 운영한다고 했다.
