포천시 지적재조사위원회에서 결정된 조정금은 토지소유자에게 통보되며, 포천시는 60일간의 이의신청기간을 거쳐 조정금을 징수 또는 지급할 계획이라고 했다.

포천시 관계자는 “지적경계와 현실경계를 정확하게 일치시켜 재산권 행사의 편의를 제공하고 토지정형화 등 토지의 가치를 높일 수 있는 좋은 기회인 만큼, 토지소유자들의 적극적인 참여와 협조를 부탁드린다.”라고 말했다.
