지난해 개업공인중개사 명찰패용제를 실시한 이후 등록된 공인중개사 전원이 명찰을 패용하게 됐고, 신규, 변경 등을 제외한 부동산 중개사무소 466개소가 QR코드 스티커 부착을 마쳤으며, 이에 따라 중개의뢰인은 공인중개사의 성명, 사진 등이 기재된 명찰을 통해 본인 여부를 확인할 수 있고, 부동산 중개사무소 외관에 부착된 QR코드 스티커는 ‘경기도부동산포털’과 연계돼 중개사무소의 명칭과 등록번호 등의 현황이 나타나 적정 등록업체 여부를 확인 후 이용할 수 있게 됐다고 전했다.
