[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양주시는 오는 29일 2022년 6월 1일 기준으로 산정한 개별주택가격을 결정·공시하고 오는 10월 28일까지 이의신청기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다. 

이번 개별주택가격은 관내 단독주택, 다가구 등 개별주택 247호에 대해 가격산정과 검증, 의견제출, 양주시부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 공시된다.

결정·공시된 개별주택가격은 국토교통부 부동산공시가격알리미, 양주시 홈페이지, 한국부동산원 부동산정보 앱에서 스마트폰으로 열람할 수 있다.

개별주택가격에 대해 이의가 있는 주택 소유주나 이해관계인은 개별주택의 경우 양주시 세정과에, 공동주택의 경우 한국부동산원으로 이의신청하면 된다.

이의신청된 개별주택은 가격의 적정여부를 재조사하고 한국부동산원의 검증을 마친 후 양주시부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거처 오는 11월 28일에 조정·공시될 예정이며, 기타 자세한 사항은 양주시 홈페이지를 참조하거나 양주시청 세정과로 문의하면 된다.
