개별지가 열람은 의정부시 또는 부동산공시가격알리미 홈페이지에서 열람할 수 있으며, 의견 등이 있는 토지주 및 이해관계인은 시청 토지정보과를 방문 또는 일사편리 부동산 통합민원 사이트에서 온라인으로 의견서를 제출하면 되고, 의견이 접수된 토지는 비교표준지 선정과 지가 적정 여부 등을 재조사하고 감정평가사 등의 검증을 거쳐 의정부시부동산가격공시위원회에 심의를 받으며, 이후 개별지가는 오는 4월 29일 최종 결정·공시한다고 전했다.

한편 의정부시는 개별공시지가와 관련해 토지주 등의 권리보호 등을 위해 시청 홈페이지에서 기간에 상관없이 연중 개별공시지가에 대한 의견을 제출할 수 있는 365 의견제출 접수 창구를 상시 운영하고 있다고 했다.
