[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 12월 28일 의정부시 흥선동행정복지센터는 흥선동청소년지도협의회에서 100일간 사랑릴레이 배턴 잇기 일환으로 성금 35만 원을 기탁해 훈훈한 선행을 이어갔다고 밝혔다.

이지현 흥선동 청소년지도협의회장은 “코로나19 장기화와 한파로 어려움을 겪는 이웃들에게 조금이라도 도움이 되길 바란다”며 “작은 정성이지만 도움이 필요한 곳에 잘 쓰였으면 한다”고 말했다.

유준영 흥선동 복지지원과장은 “어려운 이웃을 위해 정성어린 성금을 기탁해 주신 흥선동청소년지도협의회에 감사드린다”며 “기탁한 성금이 필요한 곳에 잘 전달 될 수 있도록 하겠다”고 밝혔다.

기탁된 성금은 경기사회복지공동모금회를 통해 관내 독거어르신, 장애인, 아동‧청소년 등 어려운 이웃들에게 전달될 예정이라고 전했다.
