[김준호 기자 = 평창군] 평창군은 제4차  2022년 12월부터 2023년 3월까지 계절관리제대비 미세먼지 저감을 위해 기존 노후경유차 운행제한 단속시스템을 구축했다고 밝혔다. 

단속지점은 ▶방림면 문재 정상▶봉평면 면온 IC 고속도로 출구 ▶대관령면 대관령 IC 고속도로 출구로 "미세먼지 저감 및 관리에 관한 특별법"에 따라 오전 6시~오후 9시까지 배출가스 5등급 차량이 운행할 경우 최초적발지점에서 1일 1회 10만 원의 과태료 처분을 받게 된다.

다만, 배출가스 5등급 차량 중▶저공해조치 완료 차량(저감장치 부착, 엔진교체) ▶영업용 자동차 ▶긴급자동차 ▶국가유공자 차량 등은 단속에서 제외되며, 배출가스 등급은 자동차 배출가스 누리집 또는 콜센터를 통해 확인할 수 있다.

전원표 환경과장은 “미세먼지로 부터 군민의 건강을 보호하고 쾌적한 환경을 조성하기 위해 시행되는 사업에 적극 참여해주길 바란다”라고 당부했다.
