[김준호 기자 = 삼척시] 박상수 삼척시장은 MZ세대 새내기 공직자와 소통과 공감을 통한 열린 행정을 위해 오후 2시 시청 시민회의장에서MZ세대를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

이날 간담회에는 박상수 삼척시장을 비롯해 최종훈 부시장 등 간부공무원 7명과 MZ세대 공무원 47명이 참여하여  7개 팀으로 구성해 팀 참여형 프로그램으로 진행됐다.

김인식 교수 사회로 시작된 오프닝 마술공연, 세바시(세상을 바꾸는 시간) 특강, 삼척퀴즈, MZ와 시장님 열린대화, 시장의 편지 등이 진행됐으며, 새내기 공직자가 생각하는 시정 등 간부공무원들과 함께 소통하고 공감하는 자리가 되었다.

삼척시 관계자는 “이번 간담회가 MZ세대 공직자와의 공감을 통한  활기차고 행복한 직장 분위기를 조성하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.”고 말했다.
