[김현우 기자 = 강원] KH그룹은 지난 18일 소액주주연대 대표단과 간담회를 갖는 등  경영정상화를 위한 노력을 지속하고 있다. 

한우근 KH필룩스 대표이사와 최원 KH그룹 홍보 총괄 부사장은 KH그룹 주주연대 대표단과 간담회를 통해 경영정상화와 최근 상장 이슈 현안 등을 논의했다.

이날 소액주주연대은 논란이 되는 오너일가의 회사 경영 및 이사회 운영 문제점을 지적한 뒤 일방적 권한 행사 제한과 감시·감독 방안을 제안했으며, KH그룹은 경영시스템과 의사결정 구조를 보완하고 투명한 경영이 가능하도록 조치하겠다고 화답했다.

특히, 대표이사 중심 경영과 의사결정 구조를 보완해 투명성 확보는 물론, 일부 친인척 임직원의 권한과 직무를 조정해 전횡적 요소를 사전에 방지하고 계열사 대표이사의 독립적인 책임경영을 보장한다는 계획을 세웠다.

현재 KH그룹은 공정거래위원회로부터 알펜시아리조트 매각 관련 담합 혐의로 조사 이후 제재에 대한 논의가 이뤄지고 있는 상황이며, 계열사 주식들의 매매거래 정지 이후 즉시 대표이사 협의체를 구성해 난관을 타개해 나갈 예정이다.

또한, 비상 경영체제를 가동해 인적·물적 구조조정을 통한 경영개선 작업을 지속적으로 진행해 나간다는 방침이다.
