[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 8월 26일부터 27일까지 홍천군은 이틀간 홍천군 청소년수련원에서 ‘홍천군 리더 역량강화교육’을 실시했다고 밝혔다.

교육은 민선8기 군민이 주인되는 새로운 홍천 발전의 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 5급 이상 간부공무원 41명을 대상으로 실시했으며 리더십 강의는 민선8기 비전 내재화를 위한 ‘도전 골든벨’, ‘MZ세대 이해 및 리더의 소통기술’ 등 다양한 주제로 총 9시간에 걸쳐 진행했다.

신영재 홍천군수는 “민선8기 새로운 홍천으로의 힘찬 출발과 함께 처음 실시한 리더 역량강화교육에 참석한 간부공무원에게 감사드린다”며 “조직의 리더이자 조율자로서 신명나게 일할 수 있는 홍천군이 될 수 있도록 앞장서 주시길 바란다”고 말했다.

한편 교육 종료 후에는 신영재 홍천군수를 비롯한 오흥수 부군수, 각 국·과장 등 20여명은 화촌면 수해복구현장을 방문, 지역 주민들과 함께 복구 작업에 힘을 보탰다.
