[안종욱 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3월 26일, 가평군 자원봉사센터는 비대면 온라인 화상으로 진행된 '가족봉사단 오리엔테이션'을 성황리에 마쳤다고 전했다.

이번 가족봉사단 행사는 가족소개를 시작으로 청소년 자원봉사교육을 통한 학생들의 2022년도 자원봉사활동의 주요 내용을 전달하였으며 2022년 운영개요를 통해 올해 진행되는 봉사활동의 정보들을 전달하는 한편, 센터장님의 인사말씀에 이어 새로 회장을 맡으신 김미정 회장님께서도 인사를 해주셔서 2022년의 가족봉사단 활동에 힘을 실어 주셨다고 했다.

가평군자원봉사센터 김금순 센터장은 “작년에 이어 두 번째 진행하는 온라인 행사임에도 불구하고 많은 인원이 참석하여 뜻깊은 행사가 원활하게 진행될 수 있었다” 라며 “올해도 이웃사랑에 앞장서는 가족봉사단의 활약이 기대된다”고 말했다.

가평군 자원봉사센터 가족봉사단은 2인 이상으로 구성된 가족들이 모여서 봉사활동을 진행하는 단체로써 매년 취약계층지원, 환경정화 활동, 농촌봉사활동, 시설 지원 등 이웃사랑 실천에 앞장서고 있는 단체이며, 2022년도에는 51가족 189명이 활동할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
