[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 경기도는 노동자들의 노동 권익 보호를 위해 퇴근 시간 도내 주요 전철 역사에서 찾아가는 노동 상담을 진행한다고 26일 밝혔다.

노동자들은 일터에서 권리를 침해받아도 바쁜 일상과 비용 등의 문제로 전문적인 노동 상담을 받기 어려운 경우가 많고, 통상적인 업무시간(09시~18시)에는 노동상담소 방문이 어렵다.

이에 도는 퇴근 후 가까운 역에서 편리하게 노동 상담을 받을 수 있도록 주요 전철 역사에서 도내 비정규직 지원센터, 노동인권센터 등 노동단체와 함께 매월 특정요일을 지정해 오후 5시~8시(역사별 상이) 상담을 진행한다. 

전철 역사 내 상담소 설치 후 상담 인력을 배치하고 시간과 장소를 사전공지해 내담자가 미리 일정을 계획하고 상담할 수 있는 체계를 마련할 예정이다.

상담소가 설치되는 역은 (1호선)안양역·수원역·의정부역, (3호선)화정역·마두역·백석역, (경의중앙선)야당역·금촌역·금릉역·문산역·야당역, (경강선)여주역, (7호선)춘의역, (김포골드)구래역 등 14곳이다. 

경기도에 거주하거나 경기도 소재 사업장에 근무하는 노동자라면 누구나 무료로 노동 상담을 할 수 있으며, 근로계약서 작성, 연차휴가 등 마땅히 보장되어야 하는 노동자의 권리부터 임금 체불, 부당해고, 산업재해, 직장 내 괴롭힘과 같은 일 하다 겪을 수 있는 억울한 일 등에 대한 상담이 가능하다. 

또한, 단순 상담에 그치지 않고 각 상담소에서 필요하다고 요청한 사안의 경우 경기도 마을노무사제도와 연계해 권리구제도 함께 진행할 예정이다.
