[김현우 기자 = 경기북부] 30일 양주시는 ‘2021년 상반기 적극행정 우수공무원’ 5명을 선발했다고 밝혔다.

 

이번 행사는 시민 편익 제고를 위해 적극행정을 추진한 우수공무원의 사기를 진작하고 전 부서에 관련 우수사례를 전파해 창의성과 전문성을 바탕으로 시민이 체감할 수 있는 적극행정을 장려하기 위해 매년 실시해오고 있다고 했다.

 

양주시는 각 부서에서 추천한 적극행정 사례 15건을 양주시 인사위원회 심의․의결을 거쳐 최종 선정했다고 전했다.

 

‘최우수’ 공무원에는 기획예산과 조현주 주무관이 선정됐고, 조 주무관은 양주시 다둥e카드를 제작, 다자녀가정을 대상으로 관내 우수 할인업소를 모집하여 다자녀가정에 각종 혜택을 주는 등 정책에 기여했다는 평가를 받았다고 했다.

 

이어 우수 직원에는 여성보육과 김연분 팀장, 안전건설과 이진명 팀장, 주택과 최혜령 주무관, 도시발전과 유건우 주무관이 이름을 올렸다고 전했다.

 

김연분 팀장은 선제적 사업 발굴을 통한 특조금 집행잔액을 십분 활용해 각종 문화·체육시설이 입주한 광적생활체육공원 내 도로시설 기반을 확충하고 문화예술회관 주차장 조성 사업을 조기 준공하는 등 지역주민과 방문객 차량 이용 편의 증진과 쾌적한 주차공간 조성에 기여했다고 했다.
