[남상훈 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 8월 5일부터 8월 24일까지 고성군은 2022년도 6월 1일 개별주택가격에 대해 열람기간 운영 및 의견을 받는다고 밝혔다.
이번 열람대상은 주택 208호이며 군청 재무과 및 읍·면 행정복지센터 민원실에 비치된 개별주택가격 열람부와 부동산공시가격알리미를 이용해 확인할 수 있다.
열람기간 내 인근지역과 가격균형을 이루고 있지 아니한 경우 부동산 소유자 및 이해관계인은 적정한 의견 가격 등을 기재해 우편·팩스·전화로 군청 재무과 및 읍·면 행정복지센터 민원실로 제출하면 된다.
의견이 제출된 개별주택가격은 특성 재확인과 표준주택 선정 및 인근지역과 가격균형 유지 여부 등을 재검증하고 고성군부동산가격공시위원회의 심의를 거쳐 그 처리결과를 9월 16일까지 의견 제출인에게 통지할 계획이다.
군 관계자는 “개별주택가격은 국세 및 지방세 등의 부과기준으로 활용되므로 부동산 소유자와 기타 이해관계인은 열람기간 내에 확인하기 바란다.”고 당부했다.
