[서종협 기자 = 태백시] 태백시(시장 이상호)는 2022년 6월 1일 기준으로 부동산 가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 산정한 주택 153호에 대한 개별주택가격을 결정·공시하고 오는 10월 28일까지 이의신청 기간을 운영한다고 밝혔다.

개별주택 공시가격은 태백시청 홈페이지 및 부동산공시가격알리미에서 열람할 수 있으며 오는 10월 28일까지 이의가 있는 주택소유자나 이해관계인은 시청 세무과 민원실에 비치된 ‘개별주택가격 이의신청서’를 작성하고 제출하면 이의신청이 가능하다.

이의신청이 제출된 주택에 대해서는 11월 1일부터 25일까지 결정 가격 적정 여부 등을 재검증한 후 시 부동산가격공시위원회 심의를 거쳐 제출인에게 통지되며 오는 11월 28일 조정·공시된다.
