[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 양구군 동면은 주민과 소통하고 주민에게 신뢰받는 행정서비스 추진을 위해 민원행정 4H 실천을 추진하고 있다고 밝혔다.

4H는 Hi '웃으며 인사하기', Help '적극적으로 도와주기', Hear '상대방의 이야기를 경청하기', Happy '행복한 면사무소 만들기'를 뜻하며, 이에 따라 주민들이 내 집처럼 편안하게 면사무소를 방문할 수 있도록 공직자들이 4H 실천을 생활화하고, 친절하고 공감하는 책임행정을 구현하도록 노력하고 있다고 전했다.

앞으로 동면은 직원들이 갖춰야 할 기본적인 덕목과 친절서비스 향상, 민원 응대 등에 관한 의견을 직원들 간 교환하면서 면민이 체감할 수 있도록 행정서비스의 질을 향상시킬 계획이며, 또한 평가 주체를 면사무소를 방문하는 민원인에서 이장, 동료 등으로 확대해 공무원의 친절도 제고 및 근무만족도 극대화를 이끌어낼 방침이라고 했다.

김영미 동면장은 “주민들이 일을 보기 편한 면사무소를 만들어 행정에 대한 신뢰도를 높이고, 분기별로 직원들을 대상으로 친절·매너왕을 선정해 인센티브를 제공하는 등 친절하고 적극적인 민원 응대 분위기를 조성해나가겠다.”고 말했다.
