[장선희 기자 = 경기북부] 지난 5월 11일 의정부시 송산권역 보건복지팀은 사례관리 전문성이 높은 통합사례관리사를 내부 슈퍼바이저로 활용하여 동 보건복지팀의 전문성 강화를 위한 피어코칭 사전회의를 진행했다고 밝혔다.

피어코칭은 각 동의 보건복지팀에서 진행 중인 사례를 서로 공유하여 해결방안을 논의하는 과정을 통해 담당자의 업무역량을 강화하고 정보 교류의 활성화하는 기반을 마련하는 것이라고 했다.

이날 회의에서는 지속적인 피어코칭을 위하여 각 담당자들의 의견을 수렴 후 자체계획을 수립하여 실시하기로 했다고 말했다.

앞으로 송산권역 통합사례관리사를 슈퍼바이저로 하여 각 분기마다 논의할 사례 및 안건 등의 자료를 지참하여 개입방향 및 사례관리 기술을 코칭하는 회의를 개최할 예정이고, 또한, 송산권역에 새로 배치된 간호직 공무원과 함께 의료적인 개입 및 상담을 진행하여 전문성을 강화시킬 예정이라고 했다.
