[장선희 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 포천시는 지난 17일부터 오는 19일까지, ‘2022 무인이동체산업엑스포(UWC)’ 국토교통부 공동관에 참가했다고 밝혔다.

이번 행사는 드론·UAM 산업육성을 위한 정책 및 추진성과를 홍보하고 참가업체를 대상으로 비즈니스 매칭, 전문 컨퍼런스, 개발자 세미나, 공공기관 구매 상담회, 네트워킹 등 비즈니스 기회를 창출하는 대규모 행사다.

시는 '2022년 드론 실증도시 구축사업'의 실증주제인 증강현실(AR) 기반 실감형 드론 관광·레저서비스, ASF 바이러스 확산방지를 위한 스마트 방역시스템 구축 등 2개 실증사업을 홍보했다.

시 관계자는 “포천시 드론산업과 기업 육성을 위해 끊임없이 노력해 포천시 미래 먹거리 발전에 힘쓰겠다.”고 말했다.
