[김일중 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 11월 1일과 2일 이틀에 걸쳐 포천동단체장협의회는 단체장협의회 22개 단체회원과 포천동 직원 등이 참여한 가운데 ‘사랑의 김장나누기’ 행사를 개최했다고 밝혔다.

포천동 단체회원들이 정성스럽게 담근 500여 포기의 김장김치는 관내 홀몸어르신과 저소득층 등 약 200여 가구에 전달될 예정이며, 이날 행사는 코로나19 확산 방지에 따른 사회적 거리두기 방역 수칙을 준수하여 진행됐다고 전했다.

김태석 포천동장은 “포천동을 위해 적극적으로 지원해주시는 포천동단체장협의회 회원분들께 깊이 감사드리며, 어려운 이웃들이 사랑과 정성으로 직접 담근 김장김치를 맛있게 드시고 올 겨울을 건강하게 지내시길 바란다. 또한 앞으로도 따뜻한 나눔과 배려로 지역 내에 어려운 이웃과 함께하는 등 지역복지를 위해서 적극적으로 노력하겠다.”라고 밝혔다.
