일평균 손실액은 2019년 대비 2021년 동월 일평균 매출감소액에 2019년 영업이익률과 2019년 매출액 대비 인건비·임차료 비중의 합을 곱하여 산정하고, 손실보상금은 상한액은 분기별 1억원이며, 하한액은 분기별 10만원이라고 전했다. 

온라인 신청은 10월 27일부터 소상공인 손실보상 누리집에 접속하여 사업자등록번호 입력 및 본인인증 후 신청하면 되며, 온라인 신청이 어려운 소상공인은 오는 11월 3일부터 오프라인 접수처에서 신청할 수 있고, 가평군은 가평읍행정복지센터 2층에 설치한 '소상공인 손실보상 접수 전담창구'를 방문하여 신청하면 되고, 자세한 내용은 소상공인 손실보상 누리집 및 군 홈페이지에서 확인가능하고, 손실보상 콜센터를 통해 안내 받을 수 있다고 했다.
