[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 19일 소흘읍행정복지센터는 봉사단체인 같이플러스에서 소흘읍 저소득층을 위한 라면과 덴탈마스크를 각각 35박스 기탁했다고 밝혔다.

김영선 단장은 “코로나19가 장기화 되면서 생활이 어려운 이웃들이 주위에 많다. 그분들에게 조금이나마 희망을 드리고 싶어 기탁하게 됐다.”라며 “기탁된 물품이 전달되어 희망이 되길 바란다.”고 말했다.

최기진 소흘읍장은 “어려운 이웃을 먼저 생각하는 회원분들의 따뜻한 마음에 감사의 뜻을 전한다. 기탁해 주신 물품은 지역의 어려운 이웃들에게 잘 전달될 수 있도록 하겠다.”고 말했다.

이날 기탁된 물품은 생활에 어려움을 겪고 있는 저소득 한부모가정 등 복지 소외계층에 전달될 예정이라고 전했다.

한편, 같이플러스는 38명의 회원으로 구성된 봉사단체로 2020년부터 소흘읍 홀몸노인을 위한 떡국지원, 학교밖 청소년 라면지원, 거리정화(쓰레기수거)활동, 농촌 일손돕기 봉사활동, 포천시 교육발전을 위한 장학금 기탁 등 지역사회 이웃사랑 실천을 위한 나눔 활동을 계속 이어가고 있다고 했다.
