김승진 회장은 “봉사에 대한 열정 하나로 우리 포천사랑나눔회가 봉사를 시작한 지 10년이 넘었다. 회원 모두가 본업으로 바쁘지만 늘 지역의 어려운 이웃을 생각하는 한마음으로 현재까지 왕성하게 봉사할 수 있었다.”면서, “이 감사패는 읍민께서 주시는 선물과 같다. 지역의 기대에 부흥 할 수 있도록 나눔문화 확산을 위해 열심히 뛰겠다.”라고 포부를 밝혔다.

최기진 소흘읍장은 “포천사랑나눔회와 2020년 업무협약 추진 후 적극적인 봉사활동을 추진하고 논의할 수 있었다. 특히, 주거취약계층에 대한 주거개선과 관련한 봉사는 타봉사단체에서 접근하기 어려운 부분으로 독보적이라 할 수 있었다.”면서, “한결같은 열정과 에너지로 나눔봉사활동을 실천하는 단체이기에 항상 그 노고에 감사드린다.”라고 전했다.
