[김현우 기자 = 경기북부/강원] 지난 3일 포천시는 임영웅 팬클럽 영웅시대 회원 해어화(닉네임)가 1,070만 원 상당의 건강기능식품 100세트와 라면 100박스를 이웃돕기 물품으로 전달했다고 밝혔다.

이날 전달식에는 해어화와 대한적십자사 포천지구협의회 선단사랑봉사회 송이선 전회장이 참석했다고 전했다.

해어화는 “임영웅 가수의 노래와 선한 영향력이 많은 사람들에게 힘이 되고 있다. 임영웅의 고향인 포천에 도움을 드릴 수 있어 기쁘다. 지속적으로 포천의 소외된 이웃을 위해 지원하도록 노력하겠다.”라고 말했다. 

박윤국 시장은 “좋아하는 가수를 생각하며 어려운 이웃을 돕는 영웅시대의 선한 영향력에 감사하다. 기탁 하신 물품은 어려운 이웃에게 잘 전달 하겠다.”라고 말했다.

이날 전달된 물품은 경기사회복지공동모금회를 통해 포천시 노인맞춤형돌봄 대상자와 대한적십자사 포천지구협의회의 취약계층 지원 사업 대상자에게 지원될 예정이라고 했다.
