[남상훈 기자] 지난 18일 한국자산관리공사는 체납세액 징수를 목적으로 실시하고 있는 압류재산 공매의 낙찰 통계를 통계청으로부터 국가승인통계로 승인받아 분기별로 공표한다고 밝혔다.

한국자산관리공사는 그간 정부의 디지털 혁신 정책과 공공정보 개방에 대한 사회적 요구에 부응하기 위해 온비드 공매정보, 캠코 압류재산 낙찰 정보 등  업무 관련 다양한 정보의 개방을 추진해 왔다. 그 결과, 지난해 말 국가통계작성지정기관으로 지정되고 통계청으로부터 신규통계로 승인받아 매분기 '압류재산 공매낙찰 통계'를 발표하게 됐다.

'압류재산 공매낙찰 통계'는 압류재산 공매와 관련된 유용한 정보들로 구성된다. 분기별 -입찰건수, -낙찰건수, -입찰참가자수, -경쟁률, -평균낙찰가율 등 압류부동산·동산 물건 관련 9개 항목별 통계와 -성별, -연령별, -지역별 등 입찰자·낙찰자 관련 통계가 제공될 예정이다. 또한 누구나 손쉽게 열람할 수 있도록 국가통계포털과 캠코 홈페이지를 통해 공표할 계획이다.
